Registration

To register your child, a £150.00 non-refundable fee is required for each child, together with a signed application form. The nursery will provide you with a letter confirming the start date, number of sessions per week and total monthly amount to be paid. They will also arrange settling in sessions with you for your child prior to his/her start date.

How Do We Calculate Fees?

Daily rate x number of sessions in the month.  The ‘over 3 rate’ applies the month after the child’s 3rd birthday. All fees are inclusive of nappies, wipes, and milk and formula milk (where applicable).

Funding

We are registered for government funding for 2 year olds, however, please speak with the nursery manager or your health visitor to check if you are eligible to apply. Government funding is also available for 3 & 4 year olds, the term following their 3rd birthday. We may charge for snack & lunch fees if your child attends “funded only” sessions, which fall over a meal period.

Minimum Sessions

We require a minimum of three half day sessions or two full days to ensure your child settles into nursery routine and gains maximum benefit from his/her attendance.

Termination/Change of Sessions

We require one months notice, in writing, should you wish to terminate a nursery place for any reason. Parents still remain liable for fees throughout the notice period. We reserve the right to terminate a nursery place with immediate effect if any fees are not paid by the due date, or if a parent, carer or child displays abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behaviour. Parents will be liable for any costs incurred for collection of late fees. If the parent for any reason postpones a start date, we reserve the right to charge from the original start date stated on the application form. If a parent wishes to change the number of sessions taken at nursery, one months’ notice, in writing must be given and a ‘Change of Sessions’ form must be completed and handed in at nursery.

How To Make Payment

All fees are payable on the 1st of each month in advance for that month. We accept payment by standing order, debit card and childcare vouchers from most providers. Any late payments received after the 5th of the month will incur a £5.00 daily charge.
