We can offer an early drop off from 7:30am and/or a late pick up 6:30pm for an additional charge of £4.00 per half hour. All of our prices still include all food, drink, nappies, wipes and formula and a range of external activities from professional companies where applicable. All fees are payable on the 1st of each month in advance for that month. Fees are payable for 51 weeks of the year, including any periods of absence from the nursery including sickness, holidays, Public and Bank Holidays. We accept payments by standing order and childcare vouchers from most providers. Any late payments received after the 1st of the month will incur a £10.00 daily charge. Should you have any queries regarding this, please speak to your Nursery Manager.

Registration

To register your child, a £65.00 non-refundable fee is required for each child, together with a signed application form. Care Plan and settling in session will be booked by the Nursery Manager prior to your child starting. They will also arrange settling in sessions with you for your child prior to his/her start date.

How Do We Calculate Fees?

Daily rate x number of sessions in the month. The ‘over 3 rate’ applies the month after the child’s 3rd birthday. All fees are inclusive of nappies, wipes, and milk and formula milk (where applicable).

Minimum sessions

We require a minimum of three half day sessions or two full days to ensure your child/children settle into nursery routine and gain maximum benefit from their attendance.

termination/change of sessions

We require one months notice, in writing, should you wish to terminate a nursery place for any reason. Parents still remain liable for fees throughout the notice period. We reserve the right to terminate a nursery place with immediate effect if any fees are not paid by the due date, or if a parent, carer or child displays abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behaviour. Parents will be liable for any costs incurred for collection of late fees. If the parent for any reason postpones a start date, we reserve the right to charge from the original start date stated on the application form. If a parent wishes to change the number of sessions taken at nursery, one months notice, in writing must be given via email to the Nursery Manager.
